I'm Anna Rose — the founder of Grounded Clinical Nutrition.
I’m a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist (BCHS), writer, and passionate advocate for a whole-person approach to wellbeing.
Grounded Clinical Nutrition was born from a desire to support individuals in reconnecting with their bodies through real food, conscious living, and grounded self-care. My approach is rooted in science, shaped by lived experience, and guided by compassion.
My Purpose:
To empower and educate others on the role that nutrition and holistic health play in optimising physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
I believe true health goes beyond what’s on your plate — it lives in the way you move, rest, think, and feel. It’s not about striving for perfection, but coming home to yourself with curiosity, nourishment, and care.
